Black Reign Friesians is happy to announce the safe arrival of Janka aka Anky's, Beart X Remmelt stud colt, Andreas BRF, on March 9th, 2008 at 4:15am. At his keuring, Andreas BRF, achieved the status of 1st Premie. Roughly 5% of foals receive this status.
Update: Andreas BRF was imprinted at birth, and handled everyday since. He turned out to be a very tall, large weanling but still very well balanced in movement, as reflected in his scores in his keuring. Throughout the summer, he appeared to be a handful for his dam and really drained her. Andreas BRF was always a very independent foal from his mother. Since he never really relied on his mother except for food, the weaning process went very easy and he carried on leading well and is extremely easy to handle. He has very solid nerves.
